15日目

Form now on, time is counting down to head for Tokyo tomorrow. However, I have noticed that the whole company is getting busier, and my director showed a little bit tired on his face.

Most of you probably heard that Japanese work very hard. I cannot deny that sayings. The fact ends up being really true. Our company started working from 8 a.m., while most company start at 8:30 or even later, and supposed to end up at 5 p.m. However, most staff here works until almost 10 p.m. in the long run. Over half of all day long do employees keep working, and sometimes my director even skip lunch break just to make it on time. Even though we supposed to have 1 hour break during lunch from 12 to 1 pm, 5 min to 1 o’clock we have to come back to our position preparing for afternoon work.

For most of you and me, we have two days off during weekend. However, the official staff in our company has to work every next Saturday. Therefore, they have only one day off on some weeks.

In such an intense working place, I totally respect their attitudes towards their duties.
