Translation takes not only language skills but also industry profession. Since a lot of jargon will occur in the content, I must recognize those special terms in advance before translation. I think the work will improve language skills as well as industry know-how. What I have learned during school are most about business. Thanks to this internship, I have equipped with more industry knowledge. Except for Japanese, I really learn a lot from this internship.

After 10 days work, the 3 versions (traditional Chinese used in Taiwan, simplified Chinese used in mainland china, and English) translation of brochure and flyers are going to finish soon. This cheers me up very much. Our company, Kimura Industry, will expand our business all around the world soon. Our great president also wants to expand business and establish a branch in Taiwan. Therefore, traditional Chinese version of brochure, flyer, and even website are going to be rolled out. As a Taiwanese, the work of this internship means a lot to me and my home country, Taiwan.
