金曜日に、社内ルールチェックシートを続けました。元々難しかって、スムーズに進まなかったです。とても悔しかったです。でも、ついに良い仕事のやり方を見つけました。今日にもその仕方を振り返したいです。

 

納品は、他の上司は私を行ったことなかった会社に連れて行きました。本当にいつもと違いました。三菱重工の現場に行って、ヤッパリ規模がすごかったです。その納品まで、大体の客さんが結構規模小さかったです。三菱重工の設備と施設が膨体でした。

 

木村製作所の作っている小物が小さくても、色々な機械に入れています。そういえば、素敵なことを身につけました。英語にした得た免許（JISQ9100航空宇宙品質マネジメントシステム）によって会社の製品は宇宙に入ることは可能です。すごいでしょう？

 

週末に自転車で寺に行きました。綺麗な花見ました。梅は、先週の四国の旅で見たけど、車の中だけからでした。目の前、梅は美しくて、匂いも以外にいいでした。むしろ、当時に状態は三分咲きでした。同じ場所には、蕾と咲いた花の色合いは素晴らしかったです。

 

 

Day 8

On Friday I continued translating the company’s rule checklist. It has been a challenge from the beginning, and I had to continuously jump between my dictionary, notes and the dense Excel spreadsheet. Not getting a proper work flow going for hours, it was very frustrating. However, very late into my day, it all clicked and I was able to maintain a satisfying course through the content. I hope I can continue that way today.

 

For nouhin, I accompanied a different coworker to companies I hadn’t visited before. These sites were completely different from any of those I’d seen so far. Mitsubishi Heavy Industries was, naturally, set up on a massive scale. Until then most of our customers had been quite small.

 

Kimura’s products might be pretty small, but they go into a lot of different things. Speaking of which, I learnt an awesome fact last week. According to a license that I’d translated into English for the company introduction, Kimura’s parts can (at least in theory) go into space. Isn’t that cool?

 

Over the weekend I rode my bike to some nearby temples. At this time, the ume flowers are blooming – previously I’d only been able to see them from the car on the way to Shikoku. Up close, they’re really pretty and surprisingly have a nice smell. Even better, the field of flowers I visited had only bloomed to thirty-percent. The contrast between the dormant buds and the full flowers was really nice.
