Every end of month our company was very busy in delivering products on time. Besides, a lot of documents need to be recorded in computer system. That is the symbol of a booming company. Even though I don’t understand whole operation in detail, I could notice the tension from the speed of everyone’s movement. “Now is in a hurry!”

I am really lucky to be chosen as an intern during these months. From October to January, I have got a great opportunity to experience the busiest time of whole year. These days are not only the end of month but also the end of year. I was impressed by Japanese hard work before. However, I was astonished by our colleagues’ working attitude these days because they kept working until midnight recently. I even didn’t know the time when they were off duty because I was too tired to stay up late at midnight.

A booming company requires a robust organization to support its ongoing development and sustainability. Based on situation nowadays, I thought Kimura Industry should increase its personal in order to catch up on its growing capacity.
