In traditional Japanese culture, company will take care of employees’ lunch. That is a really humane behavior to employees. Kimura Industry keeps this nice tradition nowadays. Company as well as employees fights together as a team, which is more similar to a family, actually.

In order to return the kindness given by company, all staff makes their best efforts to achieve the goal set by the company. The company receives benefits from staff’s hard work and grows stronger day by day. Working as part of this wonderful tradition, I feel energetic all day long.

I must appreciate our beautiful and considerate female colleagues. They take care of every trivia for us, even my health condition. When I got running nose, they closed windows for me. Even though I can speak little Japanese, they tried to express their consideration in English to me. How sweet they are. What a terrific company！
