The quality control division that is set up for the full system for examination uses various measuring devices in order to recognize tolerance between the pitches and roughness on the surface. If necessary, inspection certificate is available.
Our various measuring devices enable us to produce the finished articles to a precision of a few microns that the machines never generate.
We have set up this division, regarding the quality of the finished articles as quite important in order to meet customers’ demands with accuracy.
In order to offer high-quality products to the customers, all our operators in each working area make a rule of taking a measurement of the products and putting a tick as a sign of accuracy in measuring each dimension on the drawing when they finish processing.
As the ultimate quality assurance, we have instituted a quality control department and established an excellent inspection system where not only the common measuring devices such as micro, vernier calipers, pick tester, and depth gauge but also three-dimensional measuring device and tool maker’s microscope are applied.
We also keep the highly accurate products in a thermostatic chamber for 24 hours and take a measurement of them the following day.
An inspection certificate will be issued as it is needed.

We obtained a certificate of ISO14001, international environment standards for quality management system, in March 2008.
Since August 2008 we have continued our activities in order to obtain a certificate of ISO9001, international quality standards for quality management system. We aim to obtain it before the end of 2009.
